⚠️ Reminder: Reassign all households before deleting the member
Deleting a member with households still assigned to that profile will also delete the households. Be sure to reasign the households to a remaining member before deleting the current member. You will receive a warning pop-up similar to the one below as an additional reminder.

If no households are still assigned to that member's profile, you may proceed with deletion.
- To confirm deletion, type the word DELETE in the text box, then click Confirm Deletion to finalize the process and remove the user from your account.

⚠️ Need to update your subscription?
Deleting a member from your firm's account does not impact your subscription. The system will assume you intend to reassign that open seat to a new user and you will continue to be billed for that seat. If you need to delete a member from your account, and update your subscription, please Contact Support.
Troubleshooting
Sometimes things don't go as planned. If you receive an error message when trying to disable or delete a user, these steps can help resolve the issue.
Issue: Shared Integrations
Solution
If the user has shared integrations in use, remove them from those integrations, then disable or delete their account in the Members tab.
Step 1
Remove the user from the member group associated with the integration
- Click the Teams tab on the top menu bar
- Click the 3-dot icon next to each group and select Edit or Members
- Click the delete icon next to the user in the group
- Click Save
If you don't have any groups created, you can try removing the user from the integrations permissions.
- Click the profile icon
- Click the Integrations tab
- Click the 3-dot icon next to each integration and toggle the group or user off
- Click Save
Step 2
Reassign households assigned to the user.

Video Transcript
One thing to note when it comes to moving households, all the households are always associated with the team. So let's go back to our main view of seeing
0:08 our firm overview. And if we go to the households here for us to move a few households, let's say we're going to
0:15 move these households, we would do a bulk relocate and be able to move those households to a different team in the account.
0:28 That's how you can quickly move households from one team to the other.
If you don't have teams and households are assigned to users: Reassign Households
