How do I cancel my account?

Free Trial Users
Prefer not to continue?
To avoid being billed, you’ll need to cancel your trial before it ends. If you're a free trial user and you'd like to cancel your subscription, you must do so in the app.
⚠️ Important Note
Canceling your trial will immediately delete your account, including all households and data created during your trial.
Steps to cancel
- Click the firm icon and open the Billing and Payment tab
- Select Cancel Free Trial at the bottom right

- Click Cancel Account

Current Subscribers
If you're already subscribed, you can submit a cancellation request to our team. Our team processes cancellation requests within 1 business day. If your renewal is coming up and you need to expedite the cancellation, please contact the support team directly.
To initiate the cancellation process, please submit a cancellation form. You can access the form through your account settings by following the steps below.

Access the Cancellation Form
- Navigate to Firm Management
- Select the Billing and Payment tab, then select Request Plan Cancellation.
- Complete the cancellation form and click Submit.
- Be sure to include the contact name and email address currently associated with your account.
