How do I cancel my account?

Free Trial Users
To avoid being billed, you’ll need to cancel your trial before it ends. If you're a free trial user and you'd like to cancel your subscription, you must do so in the app.
Steps to cancel
- Click the profile icon and click on Manage Account
- Open the Billing and Payment tab and click Cancel Free Trial under Current Subscription
- Click Cancel Account
⚠️ Cancellation Reminder
You must cancel your free trial in the app at least one day prior to the trial end date to avoid being charged. Once the subscription starts and the first monthly fee is processed, you'll need to contact support to request cancellation.
Refunds will not be provided - please refer to our Billing, Subscription, and Refund Policy for more information.
Current Subscribers
If you're already subscribed, you can submit a cancellation request to our team. Our team processes cancellation requests within 1 business day. If your renewal is coming up and you need to expedite the cancellation, please contact the support team directly.
To initiate the cancellation process, please submit a cancellation form. You can access the form through your account settings by following the steps below.

Access the Cancellation Form
- Click the profile icon and click on Manage Account
- Select the Billing and Payment tab, then select Cancel Subscription
- Complete the cancellation request form, and include the contact name and email address associated with your account, then click Submit
