Free Pro Trial for Existing Users

Advisors and support staff users on Core or legacy full-suite subscriptions can now try Pro for free for 14 days! To unlock this feature, follow the steps below.

The Pro trial can only be enabled ONCE and cannot be extended beyond the 14-day window. To continue accessing the Pro features, you'll have the option to upgrade your subscription.
First, click the App Launcher icon, then click Try Pro free for 14 days
⚠️ Important Reminder
If you're a member of a firm with multiple users on the account, the Pro trial activation will apply to all users on the account. If you're on an account with multiple users, we recommend coordinating with your firm's account admin and team before activating the trial.
Then, click Start Pro Trial, and your trial will begin immediately. You'll now have access to Penny, AI tools, and the vault.
In the App Launcher, you'll see a countdown of the remaining days left in your trial. If you'd like to upgrade to keep your Pro features, click Keep Pro, then click Contact Support to message the support team.
Once your trial has ended, you'll receive a message with the option to contact support to upgrade your subscription. If you're on an account with multiple users, the primary user/firm admin must request the upgrade.
