Failed Import Error - Orion Integration

You may see a Failed Import error notice when there's a household you're importing that doesn't have the minimal data Income Lab needs to create a household.

Below is the list of the required minimum data points we need to import the household. Please confirm all these data points are currently showing up on the Orion side. If there's any missing data, try updating the data in Orion and attempting the household import again:

• HouseholdName in orion is called name
• ClientLastName in orion is called lastName
• HouseholdEmail in orion is called email
• ClientBirthDate in orion is called dob
• ClientFirstName in orion is called firstName
