View Mode vs Edit Mode

Discover the differences between View Mode and Edit Mode.

There are several reasons why your plan may be in view-only mode, preventing you from making edits. You may have the software open in another tab or window, or your client may have the plan open through the client portal at the same time you are trying to make edits.

If this is the case, you will see the notice below pop up on your screen. You can either go to the open tab and continue editing, or click Move to this tab to start editing on the current tab you are on. 
 
You may also log out and log back in to the software to reset the view mode. Please note - changes made on the other tab that weren't saved will be lost.
