How to Set Up Client Portal Access
Unlock the benefits of our client portal for enhanced communication and access to important resources.
Last published on: December 18, 2025
To invite a client to the Income Lab client portal, simply add their email through the Household Info tab, select the permissions you'd like them to have, and send an invite directly to them. Watch the video below for a quick tutorial.
Each account is uniquely identified by its email address. To maintain secure access and accurate records, only one email can be registered per household.
If your household includes multiple clients, please note:
- You’ll need to share the login credentials associated with the registered email to access the client portal.
- We recommend choosing an email that all household members can access if needed.
This policy helps ensure a streamlined and secure experience for all users.
